记一起Github账号被suspended后成功找回

记得 2026-04-21 21:01:00 时, 我正好在Github上, 为朋友的项目测试好 写了一个issue并提交了, 这一个issue也成功的提交了。当我再花了几分钟写完第二个issue准备提交时, 发现怎么提交都没反应, 我没太在意将issue内容拷贝到本地后就打算刷新一下页面, 发现依旧无反应。随后我退出了账号, 登录时就提示 “Account suspended”。
哎!? 什么东西第一次见到耶, 发个朋友圈先 Bing搜索了一下得知这下糟了。
寻找解决方法(选提交工单)
其一: 直接发邮件(不行)
再经过半个小时的查阅相关文章后, 我找到了篇旧文章说是要发邮件给 Github support, 我也照做了, 发现发送的邮件全部都被拒收了。
其二: 提交工单
照着官方文档(GitHub 申诉和恢复)的内容引导我到 申诉和恢复表单 ,填写工单。
SMS验证的大山
点击 登录 - 无法登录或没有帐户？ - 输入邮箱 选 "Account locked: My account has been locked or suspended" - 填完 邮箱验证码 就弹出页面要求验证SMS(手机验证码), 选项内还没有+86中国大陆的选项。到这一步我就犯难了。
于是第二天我就找我认识的朋友问有没有非大陆的手机号, 找了一圈放弃了。22日晚上我就找了个冷门的接码平台充了$5, 然后用$0.5选了UK的手机号来收验证码。哎! 还TM收到了, 本来不抱什么期望的。填完验证过了就要开始写 小作文 申述内容了。
填写工单与回执

To my knowledge, I have not violated any of GitHub’s terms or policies, and I have not received any explanation or warning regarding the suspension, either before or after the action took place. I have checked my registered email and found no notifications regarding this matter.

问题得到解决
随后就到了 2026/05/20 08:03, 距提交工单时隔28天官方回复了一条邮件, 还附上了我的工单内容与主动问询邮件内容:

Hello,
Our apologies for the delay in getting back to you; we are currently dealing with higher than usual request volumes and are working to respond to priority issues such as yours as quickly as possible.
Sometimes our abuse detecting systems highlight accounts that need to be manually reviewed.
We've cleared the restrictions from your account, so you have full access to GitHub again.
Please let me know if you need anything else.

对于回复延迟，我们深表歉意；我们目前正在处理比平时更多的请求，并正在努力尽快响应像您这样的优先问题。

随后Github也登录成功了, 提交的issue也再次出现(忘了讲,被suspended期间所有你的活动痕迹都会被隐藏), 又可以 打白工了(bushi) 为开源社区做更新了, 可喜可贺; 就怪了!
总结
Github的申诉和恢复流程不支持大陆和香港的手机号，所以只能用国外的手机号来收验证码了。且回复处理时间较长, 属于是符合我的刻板印象了。
原因说是被系统误判了, 所以封了… 有点无语。收SMS不用钱的么? 会赔偿误工费吗? …
长达28天的时间处理, 好在不是什么大问题。要是真找不回来了, 我其实也准备好 不再使用Github了, 改为使用自建的Gitea …
